HCI Announces New President and Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert W. Bonds (Bobby) to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Health Career Institute.

Bobby most recently held the position of Vice Chancellor- Online Operations for Daymar College managing a staff of 170 employees with additional oversight of the Nashville and Bowling Green campuses. Prior to Daymar, he held positions at South University.

Over the last two years at Daymar, Bobby built the student population from 155 students to more than 1200 today. Further, Bobby spent 10 years in the military and achieved his MBA from South University.

Bobby, his wife Jayne, and his two children will be moving to the West Palm Beach area in the next several months.

We are impressed with Bobby’s high energy, his passion for getting things done, and his ability to build teams. Combined with his experience in all operating aspects of online education, his appreciation for compliance, his knowledge of social media marketing, and his interest in using technology in education, we feel he is the right leader to take HCI to the next level.
