Aida Mora, B.S., M.Ed.

Aida Mora joins HCI College as the Dean of Academic Affairs at our West Palm Beach Campus, bringing over 20 years of experience in adult and post-secondary education. She is dedicated to supporting students in reaching their professional and academic goals through tailored encouragement and guidance.  Aida is a passionate educator committed to helping students achieve professional success. She has worked extensively with students, providing the encouragement and support they need to thrive academically and professionally.

Mrs. Mora holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood, as well as a Master’s degree in Education with a major in Curriculum and Teaching and a minor in Educational Administration & Supervision. With a strong focus on curriculum development, teaching, and educational leadership, Aida thrives to create dynamic learning environments that inspire students to reach their full potential.

Aida has held key positions in higher education, including as a Professor, Campus Director, and Academic Dean, where she led initiatives to enhance curriculum development, improve student outcomes, and foster a supportive academic environment.
