Elizabeth Sanchez, MBA, MSN, RN

Elizabeth Sanchez is passionate about nursing and has been working in healthcare for over 20 years. Her journey began in high school when she enrolled in a healthcare occupation program, leading her to become a certified nursing assistant. Her first job as a CNA was at an Alzheimer’s facility in New Jersey, which sparked her passion for healthcare and taught her to be selfless and caring.

In 2006, Elizabeth relocated to Florida, where she explored working in a mail-order pharmacy as a pharmacy analyst while simultaneously obtaining her certification as a pharmacy technician. She continued her education and initially obtained a Master’s in Business Administration.

Around 2014, Elizabeth started her nursing school journey at Florida Career College and worked tirelessly to complete the program. It was the best decision, as in 2016, she successfully passed her NCLEX and became a Registered Nurse. She began working in home health and bedside in a long-term care facility while furthering her education and obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing.

Throughout her time as a registered nurse, Elizabeth had great opportunities working as a Risk Manager, Risk Consultant, Nurse Consultant, and Director of Nursing. She is glad to be part of the HCI team and looks forward to seeing what future nurses will accomplish.
