HCI Offers Evening Courses for EMT

HCI Offers Evening Courses for EMT

Did you know that HCI offers evening courses for EMT? If you have other responsibilities during the day (or just learn better at night), our evening courses may be just what you are looking for. You can begin training for a career as an EMT in the evenings.

HCI’s EMT Program

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) diploma can be completed in as little as four months. That is one semester of school. Once you have finished your training, you have to pass the exam for EMT certification. Then you can begin looking for work as an EMT.

An EMT diploma could be the beginning of an exciting career. This career is in high demand. According to BLS, EMTs and Paramedics have a faster than average growth rate of 15% from 2016 through 2026.

You will learn how to provide emergency medical care at the basic life support level to the satisfaction of state and national requirements. Being able to apply your skills in real life means that you can help to save lives. Work alongside certified EMTs and Paramedics in your training, and get a realistic feel for the job.

Evening EMT Courses

With evening classes, you can come to class after working at your other job. This is great for people who are changing their careers. No need to quit your day job while you train for a new career.

It is also ideal for busy parents. A partner who also works during the day can be available to care for the children while you attend evening classes. Busy parents can become EMTs by enrolling in HCI’s evening courses.

We created evening courses because we saw the need for a flexible schedule. Not everyone is able to attend daytime classes. Evening courses open the doors for many people who work or otherwise have responsibilities during the day.

Evening courses have the same curriculum as daytime courses. Get hands-on training that prepares you for a career as an EMT. You will also learn the foundational medical knowledge that you need to pass the National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) exam.
