HCI College Establishes Comprehensive Articulation Agreement with Walden University
West Palm Beach, Fla. – HCI College, an institutionally accredited private post-secondary school known for its health care and technical field programs, today announced a formal Articulation Agreement with Walden University. This collaboration marks a significant step in fostering academic progression and providing students with flexible learning pathways.
Under this Agreement, Walden University will recognize the academic coursework from HCI College, facilitating the transfer of credits toward Walden’s bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs in various disciplines, including nursing, human services, and more.
Students from HCI College can transfer up to 135 quarter credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree at Walden University, with the transferability of specific credits for the following programs:
- AS Nursing to Walden University RN-BSN
- AS Nursing to Walden University RN-BSN Accelerate into Master’s (AIM)
- AS Nursing to Walden University RN-MSN Specialty Practice
- AS Nursing to Walden University RN-MSN Nurse Practitioner
- AS Substance Abuse Counseling to Walden University BS Human Services-Addictions

Our focus remains on providing relevant and accessible pathways to support the success of our students and faculty in the healthcare field.”
This partnership also introduces a 10% tuition reduction for students enrolling at Walden University to support the continuing education of the HCI College community. This tuition benefit applies from the date of the Agreement and for the duration of the student’s continuous enrollment.
Walden University, accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, and HCI College, accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, share a commitment to higher education and social responsibility. This Agreement reflects their mutual dedication to supporting students and professionals in achieving their academic and career goals.
The Agreement will automatically renew every three years and allows for annual curriculum reviews to ensure the transfer pathways remain relevant and beneficial for students. Both institutions maintain the right to enter into similar agreements with other educational entities, underscoring the non-exclusive nature of this partnership.
